1. What this site is

ExceedVarsity (exceedvarsity.com) provides general educational information about college football recruiting for high school players and their parents or guardians. It also plans to offer a paid digital kit, Coach's Recruiting Game Plan.

2. General information only

Content on this site is general information. It is not legal advice, not financial or tax advice, and not individualized recruiting advice. Recruiting rules are set by the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA and individual colleges, and they change. We link to official sources and show when we checked them, but the official source and the college's compliance office decide what applies to you.

3. No guarantees

We do not guarantee scholarships, roster spots, offers, playing time, admission, eligibility or that any coach will contact any athlete. We are not an agent, a recruiting or scouting service, or a placement service. We do not market athletes to colleges and we do not contact colleges on anyone's behalf.

4. Who may buy

Purchases of the kit must be made by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years old and who accepts these terms for their family. Players under 18 should not make purchases.

5. Pricing

The kit's regular price is $29 (one-time), with a launch price of $19. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars on the product page before purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

6. Refunds

You may request a refund before you download the kit (the PDF or spreadsheet, or copying the Google Sheet) by emailing [email protected] from the parent or guardian's address. Once downloaded, the sale is final. We publish a free sample and the full table of contents so you can look before you buy.

7. License and kit protection

When you buy the kit you receive a personal-use license for one family. You may not share, resell, post, or distribute the kit or any part of it. To protect the kit:

• Each PDF page and the sheet header may display the buyer's name and email.
• Download links are unique to each buyer and may expire or have download limits.
• The Google Sheet is provided as a view-only copy for you to duplicate.
• We may monitor for unauthorized copies and send takedown notices.
• Buyers receive free updates when rules and calendars change.

We may end access, and decline refunds, for sharing or reselling the kit.

8. Your use of the site

Please don't misuse the site, try to break it, or copy it in bulk. The site's text, templates and design belong to ExceedVarsity unless noted. The names NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA belong to their owners; we use them only to identify the organizations whose rules we describe.

9. Links to other sites

We link to official and other third-party sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

10. Changes

We may change these terms or the site. Changes apply from the date posted on this page.

11. Limits on our responsibility

The site and kit are provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, ExceedVarsity is not responsible for decisions you make based on the content, or for losses that result from rule changes, missed deadlines or recruiting outcomes.
